These specifications generally describe the work to be completed at each site, methods to be used, and the materials to be furnished, including but not limited to: 1. Furnish and install a new 180-foot, self-supporting tower and ancillary equipment, including, but not limited to, subgrade development, manufacturer engineered tower foundation, radio frequency (RF) cable ice bridge, tower cable support ladder, lightning protection, and Motorola's Standards and Guidelines for Communication Sites (Motorola R56(R)) based grounding. (a) Antenna, antenna mounts, and cabling will be supplied and installed by Motorola. 2. Supply and install new 12-foot x 16-foot concrete equipment shelter (e.g., VFP Model 6500 or approved equal). Provide custom electrical circuits in the shelter as specified in section 4.1.H. 3. Supply all materials and labor for construction of a compound proposed size 50 feet x 75 feet as shown on the construction drawings (CDs). 4. The compound shall include installation of electrical service from the utility provider to the shelter-mounted meter base. 5. Foundations for shelter and generator. 6. Perimeter security fencing. 7.
