Provide trenchless and excavated sewer main construction services in Group A – Trenchless Sewer Main and/or Group B – Excavated Sewer Main construction services. Group A services may include Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) using thermocured and/or ultraviolet (UV) cured methods, point repairs without excavation, lateral connection lining systems ('top hats'), bursting, slip lining, and other specialized work without excavation. Group B services may include excavation, construction, installation and/or repair of sewer mains, laterals, and manholes, and may involve stream and/or river stabilization, reinforcement, diversions, and other excavation requirements including electrical, communications, and fiber type utilities. Both Group A and/or B services may include manhole replacement, manhole rehabilitation, bypass pumping, traffic control, jetting, CCTV inspection, material supply and disposal, air, vacuum, and/or other testing methods, work during business hours and after hours including emergencies, utility locating, permitting, communication with citizens/business owners, securing the work area, removal and disposal of asphalt/concrete, pipe removal, equipment and materials installation (including backfill), hauling and disposal fees, and restoration work including asphalt, concrete, sod, landscaping, and seeding. Contracts will be based on work orders issued as needed; price will be negotiated per work order based on an established rate structure. Emergency services must be available 24/7 with mobilization not exceeding 48 hours. Submit questions and an RFQ response in PDF format to the designated contact. Late submittals will not be accepted.
