Reference Number 0000405873 The intent of this request for proposal is to reimagine, redesign (and ultimately construct) the existing 4,500 sqft outdoor play area of a childcare facility to be in line with current guidelines and regulations, including all childcare licensing regulations for the state of Colorado, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements, as well as all local, state and federal guidelines. This work will consist of partnering with Town staff in the design process, focusing on key priorities. Creating a schematic design, construction documents, securing all necessary permits and performing the work to construct the approved design is expected to be performed by the selected consultant team.
