Reference Number 0000398062 This work consists of the final design and construction of a permanent pond system with three waterfall features. The area will require some deconstruction of the current patio area and eastern retaining wall. Removal of small vegetation and site excavation for the pond. Installation of a two-layer barrier between the ground and water of the pond. Landscape boulders will be used for the form of the pond, the three waterfall features, planting pockets in and out of the water, outcropping interactive boulders and pond depth delineation. The Town will provide and place large boulders behind the pond site for hillside retention. Attendance at this meeting is required for proposals to be considered. This will allow all interested parties the opportunity to see all existing interior and exterior conditions, ask any clarifying questions regarding the proposed scope of work, and gain a better comprehensive understanding of the desired outcome of this project.
