Renovation of a municipal facility in Estes Park, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Reference Number 0000391154 Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to paint specified offices, meeting spaces, hallways and staircases throughout the Town Hall building. Painting of select doors and frames are to be included in the scope of work. Due to the daily operations and Town functions necessary, this work will be required to take place after hours during the week (5:00 pm - 7:00 am) and/or on weekends. Prospective offerors may also submit any additional written inquiries concerning the requirements of this solicitation to Derek Pastor via online or e-mail (dpastor@estes.org). Notice to Proceed Thursday, August 28, 2025 Prebid Conference: All comments, questions/answers and clarifications during this pre-bid meeting will be summarized and distributed (via online and the Town website) in the form of an addendum. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % A Bid Guarantee in an amount equal to 5% of the total Bid amount is required at the time of the Bid Opening. The Guarantee must be a certified check payable to the Town of Estes Park or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder. If awarded the Bid, a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond are required within ten (10) days of the date of the written Notice of Award, each for the total amount of the Contract Price. No Bidder may withdraw a Bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date fixed for opening the Bids. The Town of Estes Park reserves the right to cancel this Invitation to Bid; reject any Bid, in whole or in part; to adjust the quantity of Work to be done as mandated by budgetary requirements; and to waive informalities or irregularities in the Bids received, when it is in the Town's best interest to do so.
