Renovation of a municipal facility in Estes Park, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Reference Number 0000377866 The Town of Estes Park 's (Town/ TOEP) is seeking to update the existing wayfinding signs throughout the Town Hall building. Additionally, new signs will be needed. The Town staff have created standards for the various types of signs that will be needed. This project is for design services only. Production and installation of signs are not included in this scope. The Town is aiming to begin this project in June 2025. We anticipate this project to be completed within three (3) months. The consultant is asked to provide a timeline of work for this project. If the two-month timeframe is not realistic, please provide a schedule of work that is attainable.
