Reference Number 0000376180 The Town of Estes Park (Town) seeks proposals from Service Providers to provide the Town with professional Electrical Services (Services) on an on-call, as-needed basis. The Town reserves the right to award multiple Service Providers. The Town's objective through this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a list of Service Providers, at the sole discretion of the Town, eligible to provide as-needed on-call Electrical Services for various projects to be determined. For any contract(s) awarded as a result of this RFP, no minimum or maximum number of projects assigned to selected Consultants can be guaranteed by the Town. The contract will be administered by the Internal Services Department; however, the scope of work may not be limited to one Division or Department within the Town. The Town invites submittal of proposals from Service Providers interested in providing Professional On-Call Electrical Services. The Town is anticipating contracting annually with two (2) or more contractors renewable for a total of up to 5-years with services secured through work order(s) assignments. Work order(s) for each project will take into account the scope of service, work schedule, and fee proposal submitted to the Town.
