Reference Number 0000369877 Bid Intent Not Available Job Location: 380 Community Drive, Estes Park, CO 80517 The Estes Valley Recreation and Park District ("the District") is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to convert the existing, post-tensioned four-court pickleball facility in Stanley Park to an eight-court, post-tensioned concrete pickleball complex. In addition, the District is seeking proposals for the construction of a post-tensioned concrete basketball court at the same location, 380 Community Drive, Estes Park, CO 80517. Scope of Services/Deliverables All Proposals should be for the design and construction (addition) of four (4) new posttensioned pickleball courts measuring 150' L x 68' W and renovating the four existing pickleball courts with new fence, court equipment, and acrylic color surface and line striping to match, as well as one (1) new post-tensioned basketball court to include two (2) Douglas basketball goals, color surface and lines measuring 60' x 104.'
