The purpose and intent is to select a contractor(s) to furnish and install carpet, vinyl composition tile (VCT), luxury vinyl tile (LVT), and vinyl wall base to district sites as needed for projects that cannot be handled in-house. The scope also includes the repair of carpet, VCT, LVT, and vinyl wall base, district-wide, when needed. The contract seeks firm fixed, delivered, and all-inclusive pricing for the specified period, as well as firm fixed, all-inclusive hourly labor rates and a firm percentage mark-up for additional materials outside the general repair scope. All forms listed in Appendix I and on the Submittal Checklist are required, and all solicitation pages must be returned with the submittal, initialed or signed at the bottom of each page as indicated. All submittals must be in PDF format and submitted electronically.
