Remodeling of an industrial development in Richland, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 5,033-square-foot, one-story above grade industrial development.
The scope of work includes electrical work, structural work to add an overhead door to the existing pre-engineered metal building, new wall and doors to the inside of the existing building, including additional insulation, and bid alternates as listed under section 01 23 00. Bidders are responsible for verifying and using the most recent prevailing wage rates. The Benton County Mosquito Control District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. The bidder shall provide disadvantaged, minority, and women’s business enterprise (DBE) status and certification numbers for itself and subcontractors on the Proposed Subcontractor List in the spaces provided. The successful Bidder shall provide the DBE status, certification numbers, and dollar amount paid to all subcontractors at project close-out on the form provided by the City.
