Reference Number 0000406086 Question Acceptance Deadline 12/18/2025 05:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online Yes Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Oakland County Water Resource Commissioner will be restoring wetlands and streams within the Rufe Collier Drain to increase wetland storage capacity, reduce erosion and sedimentation, and improve water quality and habitat. Work will generally include construction of in-stream structures and bank stabilization measures such as rootwads, log vanes, and rock steps; trail restoration; planting of native plugs, live stakes and trees; wetland excavation and seeding; placement, capping and seeding of upland spoils area onsite; construction of woody debris beaver dam analogs and wetland habitat structures; selective channel dredging and invasive species management; removal of trash and stream debris; and establishment and restoration of access routes. The work will include selective tree clearing for access and for construction materials for in-stream wood structures. The project also includes working with the Oakland County Water Resource Commissioner's office and current Engineering Consultants to advance existing design to 100% final design for construction. A Joint Permit Application (JPA) has been applied for through the Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) and the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all other permits for work, such as soil and erosion control, traffic control, et Project will be approved by the Rufe Collier Drian Drainage District.
