Project No: 24175 Scope of Services: The Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority (CCRTA) is seeking proposals from qualified construction firms to construct and furnish the new CCRTA Bear Lane maintenance facility. This will be a firm-priced construction contract for a term of 716 calendar days. Other Details: All work is to be completed within 716 calendar days after receipt of a Notice to Proceed, which includes 9 calendar days for mobilization. CCRTA will charge liquidated damages for work that exceeds this time limit. Questions and Answers (Q&A) for this solicitation will be accepted through PlanetBids. The deadline for submitting questions is June 2, 2026, by 3:00 p.m.
