A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Putnam County Board of County Commissioners is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Gilbert WWTF Efficiency Upgrade. The work includes furnishing all material, equipment, labor, supervision, and other requirements necessary to provide, install, and commission 3 replacement positive displacement digester blowers and motors, 3 turbo blowers and motors with VFDs to replace existing centrifugal aeration blowers, 2 dissolved oxygen probes with controller(s), LED lighting to replace high pressure sodium site lighting, and monitoring equipment at 6 lift stations and at the WWTF per the bid specifications. The Base Bid portion consists of all material, labor, and other requirements necessary to install 3 turbo blowers, 3 positive displacement blowers, 2 dissolved oxygen probes with controller(s), LED lighting, and monitoring equipment at lift stations and the WWTF. Bidders must deliver one original hard copy, one duplicate copy, and one USB drive containing all documentation in pdf format. Sealed bids must be delivered before the deadline. The bid requires a payment and performance bond by any contractor awarded work.
