Masonry reconstruction work is to be performed at Jacob Gunther Elementary School and Newbridge Road Elementary School, under the 2024-2025 Capital Improvement Program, Contract #3. Bidders must submit sealed bids using the standard proposal form as designated by the instructions. Bids must include security equal to at least 10% of the base bid and all alternate bids. Bids received late will not be considered. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, or proposals may be rejected or new proposals advertised at the discretion of the School District. Bidders may not withdraw their bids for 45 days after the bid opening, except as permitted by law. Complete digital sets of contract documents can be downloaded for a fee, or hard copies may be obtained for a deposit. Bid addenda will be distributed to registered plan holders.
