Renovation of a mixed-use development in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
KPS MS/HS Security Camera Upgrades. KPS buildings included in this project are: Central High School, Hillside Elementary, Loy Norrix High School, Maple Street Magnet, and Millwood Middle School. There will be (1) bid category: security cameras. The installation of new security cameras utilizing existing cabling at Central High School, Hillside Elementary, Loy Norrix High School, Maple Street Magnet, and Millwood Middle School. As required by State Law, all bids shall be accompanied by the following disclosure statements: Familial Disclosure Statement and Iran Economic Sanctions Act Affidavit. As required by State Law, all bids shall be accompanied with bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid amount. Bid security may be in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or money order. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, alternates, or proposals, and to accept those bids, alternates, or proposals that, in their judgment, serve the District's best interests.
