Landmark has been selected to deliver the Main Building Modernization at Sunol Glen School Lease-Leaseback for our valued customer, Sunol Glen Unified School District. The scope includes structural upgrades and modernization of the existing main building. Improvements include path of travel sitework, roof upgrades, HVAC upgrades, fire alarm upgrades, and all associated civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire alarm work. This project is divided into three phases, which are indicated in the provided phasing plan. Bidders must provide separate pricing for each phase. The project is expected to begin construction June 2026. Landmark encourages the participation of local and DVBE businesses. Landmark is willing to break down work items into economically feasible units to facilitate DVBE participation.
