Site work for a water / sewer project in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the installation of drainage improvements within St. Louis County and other incidental items necessary to complete this in a workmanlike manner. Bids must be submitted electronically through the County’s Vendor Self Service portal. All communication from a vendor or vendor’s representative relating to this solicitation must follow the defined processes and any communication with other County staff regarding this solicitation is prohibited except for those defined types. All questions must be submitted by email by the specified deadline. The successful bidder or bidders are required to comply with the current applicable State statutory provisions concerning the payment of prevailing wages on public works. The following participation goals are established: Minority Business Enterprise goal of 26.5%, Minority workforce participation of 25%, Woman-owned Business Enterprise goal of 12%, Female workforce participation of 7%, and County resident labor goal of 23%. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond in an amount equal to 5% of the total bid. The County Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Estimated construction cost: $2,700,000.00 - $3,200,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
