Remodeling of a swimming pool in Lockport, Illinois. Completed plans call for the remodel of a swimming pool.
The project consists of providing a new pool liner to the existing interior concrete painted pool. All proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked separately on the outside "Challenge Fitness Pool Liner Project" and addressed to the Director of Facilities, Projects, & Planning at the Lockport Township Park District office. Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130) and certified payroll requirements apply. A 10% bid bond and 100% performance & payment bonds will be required. All bids will remain firm for 60 days after the bid opening. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids or portions thereof.
