Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Lockport, Illinois. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility; and for the renovation of a military facility.
The United States Army Corps of Engineers - Chicago District is requesting quotations for remodeling and upgrading the administrative wing and bathrooms at the fish barrier. The work includes painting walls, installing floor and wall tile, installing toilet partitions, and installing a vanity. Vendors must be registered in SAM.gov and the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system to access the solicitation and submit quotes. All quote submissions must be made electronically through PIEE; no other transmission methods will be accepted. Contractors must comply with DFARS 204.7302 requirements, including implementing NIST SP 800-171 standards and having a current Basic DoD Assessment at the time of award. All questions must be submitted prior to Dec 15, 2025.
