Project No. 06255143.01 The bids are for a single Prime Contract for construction of a 40'x72' metal building with mezzanine. The building will be built on sanitary district property at the sewage lagoon site. It will consist of an office, restroom, breakroom, parts storage, workshop and equipment storage. The estimated cost of the project is between $400,000 to $450,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Work is anticipated to commence upon award of contract or Notice to Proceed, on or about , May 15, 2026, and be substantially complete by December 30, 2026, constructed in a single phase as shown on the Contract Documents. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids, or any part thereof, and to waive informalities, and to enter into such contract or contracts as Shall be deemed in the best interest Of the Owner.
