The site will be accessible from Truman Drive NE, with Aspen Drive NE planned for future right-of-way. Utilities include an 8” water main, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer lines. The property is zoned R-2 Medium Density Residential and R-3 High Density Residential and is consistent with the 2022 Future Land Use Map.
