Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Bondurant, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and bridge / tunnel.

This project consists of approximately 2,000 linear feet of trail realignment just east of US 65, along an existing, abandoned rail bed. The work includes replacement of the existing rail bridge with a prefabricated multi-use truss trail bridge over Santiago Creek. Sealed bids will be received by the Owner. Interested bidders are encouraged to visit the site prior to bidding. There is no formal pre-bid meeting, and the project site is open to the public, therefore no prior authorization is needed for the site visit.
