Boiler Replacement Project. Respondents are to submit their bid in a clearly marked sealed envelope, with the bid number and description included. The shipping envelope must also list the bid number clearly on the outside. Bids must be received at the Procurement Manager's Office, City Hall Annex, 1017 College Street, Bowling Green, Kentucky, by 10:00 a.m. CT on the date of bid opening. Bids received after the designated date and time will not be considered. All bid forms, information, and specifications are available on the City's website. The City of Bowling Green reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to select the bid determined to be in its best interest. The award will be based on the Lowest Bid Price as permitted in KRS 45A.365. Respondents are invited to attend the virtual opening of submitted bids. The City of Bowling Green, KY is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the replacement of one (1) existing Laars boiler at the US Bank Building, located at 500 East Main Avenue, Bowling Green, KY 42101. The facility currently has two (2) boilers. Only one boiler shall be replaced. The new boiler shall be the same size as the existing unit or an approved equal (OAE) and must be capable of communicating with the existing boiler, which will remain in service.
