**As of February 5th, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Online bids will be received for Riviera Drive Street Repair. Each bid must include a certified check or cashier's check equal to five percent of the bid (not exceeding fifty thousand dollars) or a bid bond for ten percent of the bid, payable to the City of Fairlawn. Copies of the check or bid bond must be attached to the online submission, with the original sent to the Office of the Mayor in a sealed envelope marked appropriately. Bidders must comply with prevailing wage rates as determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive technicalities, or re-advertise if it is in the City's best interest.
