Renovation of a medical facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Question deadline is 01/26/2026. A Unified Bid is requested for all work in this project, including General, Mechanical, and Electrical Construction work for the replacement of the fire alarm system in the West Wing of the Vannuys Medical Science Building at Indiana University Indianapolis. Bids must include a completed Minority, Women's and Veteran's Business Enterprise Participation Plan, a bid security for 5% of the total bid, and the contractor's written drug testing program compliant with IC 4-13-18. Bids must be submitted electronically via the plan room website, with further instructions found in the project specifications. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities. Required documentation must be provided as described; failure to do so may render the bid incomplete. The Base Bid may be held for up to sixty days; Alternate Bids for up to ninety days before award and incorporation. If the successful bidder withdraws or fails to execute a contract within 10 days of acceptance, bid security may be forfeited as liquidated damages.
