The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for or incidental to landscape maintenance. The Contractor shall provide landscape maintenance services for the following City departments: Transit Transfer Center, Yakima Convention Center, Visitors Information Center, Waste Water Collections, Waste Water Treatment Plant, and the Yakima Police Department (including specified addresses and employee secured parking lot). Tree trimming is limited to those trees that can be reached with a 6 ladder. Any trimming required above that height is not included in the scope of this contract. Prices established in continuing agreements and term agreements may be lowered due to general market conditions, but prices shall not be subject to increase for twelve (12) months from the date of the award. The City of Yakima reserves the right to reject any & all Quote
