Construction of City of Yakima Wwtf Primary Digester Mixer Gearbox Installation - Rebid City of Yakima Project No. Wf2715 This Contract Includes the Installation of New, Owner Provided, Gearboxes at the Three Primary Digester Mixers. Installation Will Require Cleaning and Disposal of the Contents of Primary Digester 1 and Installation of Temporary Piping/heating Systems. In Addition to the Gearbox Installation, the Contractor Shall Repair and Coat Primary Digester 2 and 3 Supernatant Boxes. The Project Shall Be Constructed in Accordance With the Plans and Specifications as Prepared by the City of Yakima. All Bid Proposals Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Proposal Deposit in Cash, Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Surety Bond in an Amount Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Amount of Such Bid Proposal. This Invitation and Will Not Be Discriminated Against on the Grounds of Race, Color, National Origin or Sex in Consideration for an Award. the City of Yakima Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Technicalities or Irregularities, and After Careful Consideration of All Bids and Factors Involved, Make the Award to Best Serve the Interests of the City of Yakima.
