All bids to be electronically submitted and will be recorded and analyzed for recommendations to the Owner. Steel (Fabrication and Erection), 8A - Doors, Frames, and Hardware (Furnish and Install), 10A - Specialties (Furnish and Install), 13A - PEMB (Furnish and Erect) must submit their bids directly to the State of Kansas Professional Qualifications at professional.qualifications@ks.gov no later than 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 22, 2026. These are the trade packages that Crossland Construction will be bidding on. Material only proposals for these trade packages shall be submitted to Crossland Construction at bid@crossland.com and khartter@crossland.com.
