Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Decatur, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
Warehouse Dock Leveler Replacement is required for the Atlanta VA Health Care System. The work involves providing and installing replacement dock levelers at the facility's warehouse to ensure proper functionality and safety for loading and unloading operations. All services must comply with applicable standards and regulations for commercial items under FAR subpart 12.6. Location: Atlanta VA Health Care System, 1670 Clairmont Road, Decatur, GA 30033. Questions must be received no later than January 8, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET. No further questions will be accepted after that date and time. All questions regarding this RFQ must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to  Quentin.Deloney2@va.gov. The Contractor shall provide all tools, materials, supplies, equipment, supervision, transportation and required licensed personnel to provide the following services: 1. Will remove the 2 existing Hydraulic Pit Levelers in dock 4,5 2. Replace them with 2 new Power Ramp Hydraulic Pil Levelers with barrier lips, Trailer Restraints, Power Ramp Trailer Restraint Wheel Chock, 3. Install at all 6 docking positions new 10" clear opening manual lift gates.
