Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Carnegie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Work includes complete demolition of below listed structures; off-site disposal; backfilling; asbestos removal, if applicable; all utilities to be terminated and capped, as needed, pest control; site restoration and other ancillary items. The work generally consists of the demolition of one (1) residential building located on Boquet Street. Also included is pest control, erosion control, utility termination, and site restoration. The Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials and services, including transportation service and delivery for the completion of the project entitled: 819 Boquet Demolition McKees Rocks Borough A Labor and Materials Payment Bond, Performance Bond and Maintenance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid amount will be required. The Char-West COG reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified check made payable, without condition, to the Char-West COG in an amount no less than 10% of the bid or a certified check in the same amount. All recipients of funds should have a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number and a CAGE CODE. Questions Due Date Dec 31st 2025, 4:00 PM EST
