Sealed bids will be received by the Borough of Carnegie, Allegheny County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for East Main Street Bridge Repairs Contract No. 2026-01. Equipment and services must be provided according to the specifications on file with KLH Engineers, Inc. and the Borough of Carnegie office. All plans and specifications are available online at no cost. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site. Contractor must submit an E-Verify Program Verification in compliance with the Public Works Employment Verification Act 127 of 2012. A certified check or bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid must be submitted with each bid, or the bid will be considered nonresponsive and rejected.
