Berkley Schools is accepting bids for the 2026 Roofing Program. All work must comply with Davis-Bacon wage rates. Bidders are required to submit their bids by the specified deadline at the Administration Building. Each bid must include a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any Board member or the Superintendent of the District. Bidders must also provide bid security equal to at least one-twentieth (1/20) of the bid amount to secure the District against loss or damage caused by withdrawal of the bid or failure to enter a contract if the bid is accepted. The Board may reject any or all bids and will readvertise if all bids are rejected.
