Sealed bid proposals are invited for "Asbestos Abatement at Einstein Elementary School and Pepper Elementary School." Bidding documents are available from Nova Environmental, Inc. after February 16, 2026, and at a mandatory pre-bid examination. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid examination of the buildings at 9:00 a.m. on February 16, 2026, starting at Einstein Elementary School. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond from a T-listed bonding company, Cashier’s Check, or Certified Check for 5% of the bid amount must be submitted. Performance and Labor and Material Bonds are required upon award. Familial and Iranian Disclosure Statements must be submitted with the bid proposal. Bids must remain firm for acceptance for 60 days.
