Demolition of concrete headwall for flocculation discharge line 3. Construction of a new manhole and A2000 PVC Pipe to connect into the existing sludge/washwater waste that discharges to the lagoons 4. Other improvements including road reconstruction due to trenching, and hydraulic seeding.
