Site work for an educational facility in Cody, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The work consists of furnishing all labor, operations, materials, accessories, incidentals, services, and equipment for the installation of new basketball hoops and enclosure at base for Park County School District #6 Basketball Hoops at CHS. Materials and/or work not specifically mentioned but necessary for a complete project shall be included in the bid and must conform to all local, state, and federal requirements. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference. Bids must reference the specified project and be accompanied by a bid guarantee of 5% of the total bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide payment and performance bonds for at least 100% of the awarded contract price. The owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any informalities if deemed in the best interest of the owner. Cost will be a primary criterion in determining the lowest responsive proposal, and bidders must be responsible bidders. Preference will be given to Wyoming contractors where applicable.
