Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division seeks to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements with small business vendors capable of providing standard commercial supplies and services within PSC/FSC 4120 and 4130 under NAICS 333415 for air conditioning equipment and refrigeration and air-conditioning components. Interested vendors must submit company information including official company name, CAGE code, and point of contact details, along with documentation demonstrating capabilities and expertise, and a price list if applicable. Vendors must provide at least three past performance references including business name, address, contract or order number, award amount, point of contact, telephone number, and item description. Past performance will be evaluated on customer satisfaction, timeliness, technical success, program management, and quality, with the Government reserving the right to consider additional sources of past performance information. Vendors must have active accounts in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment for invoicing and receiving reports or be able to accept credit card payment, and must also maintain an active SAM registration. This is a small business set-aside, and vendors holding a GSA contract may include their contract number. Vendors determined to have technical capability and positive past performance will be issued a Master BPA and may compete for future call orders. Master BPAs will be awarded on a six-month cycle through June 2029, with submissions due by April 30 for June awards and October 31 for December awards.
