The County of Sonoma is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for fence and gate maintenance/repairs and related services on an "as needed" basis to provide services to multiple locations throughout the County. The County of Sonoma (hereafter "County") is soliciting this RFP from a licensed contractor(s) for fence and gate related maintenance and repairs in order to establish Blanket Purchase Order Agreement(s) The County intends to award two separate Blanket Purchase Order agreements on an if and as needed basis. One Non-Disaster agreement and a second disaster agreement which shall be awarded in compliance with federal acquisition regulations. The disaster agreement shall be utilized only in the event of a declared disaster. The successful Contractor shall have a C-13 Contractor's License or equal, they must provide their CA Contractor's License number and be registered with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Please include your CA Contractor's license number, and specific type, as well as your DIR number in your proposal response. The invitation for Bid is expected to result in the award of two contracts to a successful supplier(s). Consisting of one (1) Blanket Purchase Order Agreement and one (1) Emergency Blanket Purchase Order Agreement for the term of one (1) year with the option to extend for four (4) additional one-year periods for a total period of five (5) years. Agreements will be on an as needed basis, with no minimum or maximum usage implied or guaranteed. Responses will be in the form of an Addendum no later than Thursday, February 5, 2026. This date is subject to change without notice. It is incumbent upon all interested parties to check for any changes, including updates or addenda, by logging into the County's Supplier Portal and reviewing the event. Additionally, the County reserves the right to cancel any blanket purchase order upon issuance of a thirty (30) day written notice.
