STATION 41 - 4911 SW 117 AVENUE, MIAMI, FL 33175 The purpose is to install a new single-wide trailer at Miami Dade Fire Rescue Station 41 to accommodate expanded fire rescue services. This includes the installation of the trailer and necessary site improvements. The additional space shall be fully functional and integrated with the current fire station's operations, regulations, accessibility standards, and in accordance with the construction documents by MDFR dated 10/10/2025. All bids must be accompanied by an original fully executed and two copies of a bid guarantee for not less than 5% of the total bid. License requirements include a valid, current, and active State and/or Miami-Dade County contractor's license consistent with the scope of work. The project is under a Cone of Silence. A mandatory pre-bid site visit is required at both locations, with attendance tracked by the MDFR Project Manager. Contractors who do not attend the site visits will be unable to submit a bid for this project.
