The project generally consists of grading and installation of a city park facility parking lot with demolition, clearing/grubbing, grading, stone/asphalt installation, lighting, electrical, sidewalk, final stabilization and associated miscellaneous work all within City property in the City of White House, TN. THE CONTRACTOR'S PRIMARY WORK TO BE PERFORMED FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THIS DOG PARK PARKING LOT PROJECT IN WHITE HOUSE, TN IS AS FOLLOWS: PRIMARY PROJECT SCOPE: o Tentative mobilization date at mid March, 2026 o Demolition/clearing/grubbing/topsoil stripping of portions of existing features to allow for the project installations o Coordination with Utility owners in the vicinity of the project to ensure relocations or precautions occur during project installation o Installation of primary parking lot requirements o All other associated miscellaneous details and ancillary items detailed in plans o Protect, repair or replace all surface material and similarly affected existing infrastructure as may be affected during the construction of the primary project and not intended to be affected by the project o Receive inspections and acceptance by the City and place into operation the project facilities shown in plans in accordance with specifications The City of White House reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept any presented which meet or exceed these specifications, and/or which would be in the best interest of the City and will not necessarily be bound to accept the low bid.
