The purpose of this mandate is to repair interior concrete slabs and floor coverings (ceramics) at the Marcel-Raymond school in Lorrainville. A portion of the building will be subject to structural and architectural interior repair work. Work start date: June 25, 2026 End date of work: August 19, 2026 The sequence of work to be respected: - Sequence 1: Circulation area, student entrance and main staircase area - Sequence 2: Locker room area In the event that the work is not completed by August 21, 2026, the work must necessarily be completed during the evening and weekend. The works must be accepted without reservation before or by September 25, 2026 under penalty of a penalty as described in the tender documents.
