Site work for a road / highway in Downers Grove, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
This project shall consist of modernization of traffic signals at 5 locations and appurtenant ADA and other work. The alternate includes modernization of an additional location at Fairview Avenue and Second Street including appurtenant ADA and other work. A. Bid Deposit: 5% B. Certificate of Insurance: YES The Village Council reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities and to accept or reject any item of any Bid. Question Deadline 01/14/2026 No oral or telephone interpretations of specifications shall be binding upon the Village. All requests for interpretations or clarifications shall be made in writing and received by the Village at least five (5) business days prior to the date set for receipt of Bids or the pre-bid conference, if offered.
