The Village of Downers Grove (Village) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from highly-qualified Professional Firms (Firms) to provide on-call traffic engineering services. These services may include, but not be limited to, traffic counts, neighborhood traffic assessment, traffic control analysis and design, traffic signal review and modifications, plan review for proposed development projects, attendance at meetings as needed, and other related services as required.
