Service Provider must have and be able to demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of successful experience completing the same or similar projects and/or scopes of work; 2. Service Provider will assign a competent project manager who has full authority to act for the Service Provider and who will be MCC's primary point of contact and coordination during the execution of the project; 3. Installation of a public safety warning system; that is capable of delivering both distinctive warning tones and clear, pre-recorded and live voice messages to alert of various hazards, including severe weather, civil emergencies and other critical events. 4. System must be a modern, turnkey solution that offers high reliability, redundant communication and an intuitive control interface. 5. System must integrate with our current Informacast system. 6. Furnish all necessary hardware, software, siren units, power systems, communication gear, mounting materials, and control center equipment. 7. System to be installed on a pole in B Lot. Map of campus online 8. The pole must be a heavy direct burial painted bronze steel pole, mounting height of 40FT, rated for federal signal MOD8032 Siren Head. 9. Installation shall include all components including site preparation, foundation, pole/tower mounting, electrical work, and radio/IP communications infrastructure. 10. Conduct comprehensive testing, including silent tests and full-volume operational tests, for system acceptance. 11. Training on how to operate and maintain system. Please provide training program outline as part of your bid response and address how new employees will secure training; Removal and disposal of current campus warning system located on roof of Prahl College Center building. 13. Traditional hours of work are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM E.S.T. Service Providers who need to operate outside of this period must receive prior approval from the Project Manager at least twenty-four hours in advance to allow for the notification of the appropriate personnel at MCC. The Project Manager must be notified in advance if there are any additional costs associated with a request to work outside of traditional work hours. 14.
