Site work for a civil project in Pineville, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
WVDEP 2019 AMLER (CONTRACT 2) A five percent (5%) Bid Bond or certified cashier's check must accompany all bids This project consists of the installation of approximately 39,000 linear feet of 8-inch water line, a 172,000 gallon water storage tank, and all related appurtenances. Separate sealed bids will be received for the following contracts: CONTRACT NO. 1 - Installation of approximately 36,000 linear feet of new waterline, a booster station, and all appurtenances. CONTRACT NO. 2 - Installation of approximately 21,000 linear feet of new waterline and appurtenances. CONTRACT NO. 3 - New 172,000 gallon water storage tank and all related appurtenances. All interested parties are required to attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference. Bids must be submitted as separate sealed bids and will be publicly opened and read aloud at the specified location. Instructions to bidders include directions for downloading and extracting electronic contract documents: select the files, enter payment information, download, and extract ZIP files to access PDF documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 03/16/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer, Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
