Invitation for Bids Maintenance – District 5 La Plata Maintenance Facility – As needed On call Generator Maintenance & Repair Services. Bidders are to submit a bid for as-needed on-call generator maintenance and repair services at the State Highway Administration La Plata Maintenance Facility, located at 5725 Washington Avenue, La Plata, MD. All bids must be submitted via eMMA after registering on the site. This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement, and only certified small business vendors who meet the statutory requirements set forth in State Finance and Procurement Article, §§14-501—14-505, Annotated Code of Maryland, and are certified by the Governor’s Office of Small, Minority & Women Business Affairs (GOSBA) Small Business Reserve Program are eligible for award. Multiple or alternate bids will not be accepted. The contract type is Fixed Prices & Labor Hours for a duration of 3 years (36 months). No Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), or Veteran-owned Small Business Enterprise (VSBE) subcontract participation goals have been established for this procurement. No pre-bid conference will be held, but a scheduled site visit is available at the facility.
