Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Knottsville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Daviess County Fiscal Court is seeking a qualified vendor to construct a concrete drive and ADA entrance for the Knottsville Fire Department located at 9436 KY-144, Knottsville, KY 42366. a. County shall be responsible for: i. Removal of existing concrete and asphalt, compacting DGA, and grading for concrete. b. Contractor shall be responsible for: i. Pouring area of 80' X 120'. Contractor shall verify measurements. ii. Pour shall be 6" deep with 4000 PSI concrete. iii. Heavy gauge metal wire for the entire area of new concrete. Wire to be 3" off finished rock grade. iv. Expansion joints next to the building. v. Sealing all expansion joints with NP1. vi. Saw cuts. Contractor shall submit drawing of placement of saw cuts prior to commencement of project. vii. All forms necessary to complete project. viii. Rounded concrete entrance at front entry door.
