Kitchen renovation at the La Plata Maintenance Facility. This is a maintenance remediation renovation project for the State Highway Administration, District 5, at 5725 Washington Avenue, La Plata, Maryland 20646. The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed price and must be completed within sixty (60) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. It is designated as a Small Business Reserve Procurement, and only certified small business vendors are eligible for award. Multiple or alternate bids will not be accepted. Bidders must register on eMarylandMarketplace Advantage (eMMA) to submit a bid. There will be no pre-bid conference. A scheduled site visit will take place at the facility, and prospective bidders should RSVP in advance to attend. The VSBE subcontracting goal is 0%. Install the base and wall cabinets and countertops in the kitchen as per cabinet layout. 2. Supply and install new cabinets per the provided layout and cabinet schedule. 3. Make necessary modifications to plumbing/electrical, walls, and floors to accommodate new cabinetry. 4. Install or coordinate installation of countertops, sink, appliances, hardware, trim and finishes. 5. Repair/replace damaged drywall and ceiling tiles in the work area. 6. Provide paint ( Pro industrial pre catalyzed 1 part epoxy HL finish). 7. The successful contractor shall be responsible for reconnecting all plumbing, electricity, gas, as required.
