Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Lethbridge, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Blue Sky Lodge was constructed in the 1970's with several renovations over the years. At the time of site review, it was noted that the roof had areas needing repair, we are proposing sloping insulation and new membrane, in the area of 29,000 sq. ft. The work consists of removal of the existing roofing membrane and inspection of existing roof sheathing. New sloped insulation is to be installed with new membrane as required, the existing parapet height will require an extension and new Hardie panel finish. The existing skylights are to be replaced and modernized. The existing vinyl siding is to be replaced with vertical Hardie board per the drawings supplied.
