Description

Site work for an educational facility in Lethbridge, Alberta. Design plans call for site work for a educational facility.

Construction of a modern, energy-efficient, year-round indoor recreation facility. The facility will be built on the south end of the University campus. The desired complex will include a 480'x266' air supported sports dome, a modular field house support building connected to the dome which houses the facility entrance, a reception area, changerooms, washrooms, offices and meeting rooms, and a small storage unit connected to the east side of the dome. This project will also include site development, all required utility services, parking, exterior lighting, traffic and pedestrian access, and landscaping. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals for the provision of design and consulting services has been awarded. Stantec will provide project management, design coordination, and technical consulting services. Further details and schedules for tender and construction may be confirmed mid-2026.
