**As of March 9, 2026, the project was awarded to; Hinshaw Roofing - $669,040 South Central Roofing - $415,315 ** Roof work at New Haven High School, New Haven Primary School, and EACS Career Center. Roof work at Woodlan JR/SR High School, Leo JR/SR High School, and Prince Chapman Academy. Bid proposals must include all labor, material, and services necessary to complete the projects in strict accordance with the prepared drawings and specifications. Contractors may bid on either project individually; bidding both is not required. Bids must include a 5% bid deposit of the total bid in the form of a bank draft, certified check, money order, or bid bond. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the bidder's name, address, and the project name clearly indicated on the envelope. Bids received after the specified time will be returned unopened. If a successful bidder withdraws or fails to execute a contract and provide all required bonds within ten days after award, East Allen County Schools may declare the bid deposit forfeited as liquidated damages.
